  What can I say. Typical home Depot atmosphere. Employees shuffling about ignoring customers. When you finally get someone's attention they lack product knowledge or expertise. Gone are the true professionals that we're able to provide you with guidance and information. Better experience can be found at your local Lowe's. Before any one says anything I never worked for either.

  Love this location, they're always well stocked. But the service could use some help. Waited 20 min for someone to help me in the tile department and that's after having someone called 3 times and still nobody showed up.

  I came here tonight to rent a truck to take home my new patio set. While I was waiting on line at customer service to rent a truck, I decided I would look into purchasing a grill. The lady at the desk called for someone to go to the grill dept. for customer service and no one showed up. I was in a hurry because they charge by the hour to rent the trucks and after asking several employees for help, the only employee who took the time to help was Leon. Leon not only got the grill from the top shelf for me and helped put it in the truck, he ALSO went back and grabbed my patio set for me and loaded that up as well. He instructed me to where they have the free tie down material and he genuinely seemed to want to help me and keep my product safe. Although all the girls at the desk were super nice and helpful, Leon seems to be the only one out on the floor who cares. Big thumbs up and this dude needs a raise or something.

  If I could leave it zero stars I would. We waited by the carpet flooring area for a good 15 minutes while one man sat at the desk and completely ignored us, and the other proceeded to do yoga moves while we waited and then walked away. Needless to say we left and went to Lowe’s and will not be returning. It is a shame because this Home Depot is closer to our home and the paint department was the complete opposite extremely helpful and polite and friendly. This store consistently has zero customer service. Don’t waste your time or money!

  Was looking for 4x4 lumber. 2 pallets sitting up on their shelving. Asked 2 different associates to help get get them down. They disappeared and left me there for over 30 minutes waiting with no response. Horrible service. Hire people interested in working for customer care. Rude and inattentive staff. This Home Depot SUCKS! Go to any other one but this one!
