  I’ve been shopping here since I moved to Commack over 20 years ago. The staff working the trades isles are very knowledgeable. The prices aren’t always the cheapest around, but since the neighborhood hardware stores have been forced to close I don’t have many options. Not enough open check out cashiers and I refuse to use the self checkout. The store in Commack on Jericho is still the best one I have shopped at. Namaste.

  I wanted to commend the customer service by Debra and Danny in the Orders/Returns area. I had a custom order delivered to the store. It arrived in a damaged box and they gave me my options clear options. I choose to bring it home and upon inspection, found oil had gotten in various part of the engine. They were extremely helpful when I returned to the store and made me feel like my issue was a priority to them. I've had mixed interactions with Home Depot Associates in the past so I wanted to complement these two exemplary associates you have.

  horrible customer service everybody is very quick to rush you and tell you answers of questions that were never asked and ADDITUDES if you dont like your job get a new one i did it i remember when i was miserable working at places i didnt like but i never treated customers poorly because of my mental state of mind

  Found everything I needed except vegetable plants. Guess it's too early for them. Clean store, helpful staff.

  The Commack location seems to be larger and have a much bigger selection than the one in Huntington. I always seem to find nicer things here. Anyway it's a Home Depot the people are nice pricing pretty good get a credit card you don't have to pay interest.
