  Hermitage home depot. Smaller than some stores. Hardly ever extremely busy. I can usually get through the pro desk in just a few minutes. They have a decent rental staff also.

  Need to worry about cleaning their garden center up. A broom does wonders Plants looked fabulous inside and out(with the exception of underwatering)HD employees have time but just stand there...plant companies do a great job..shippers make it easy to shop when there is no shelf space! Floor was a mess. Employees walk around aimlessly.

  Absolutely no employees ask to help you. I was looking for outdoor wood screws, Thank goodness a contractor was there also and helped me locate what I needed. Why doesn't anyone believe in helping a customer. Finally checked MYSELF out, no other register except "customer service".Three teenagers stood there talking never said hello, can I help you nothing. Sad, store is very disheveled too! Will drive onto to LOWE'S next visit.

  We purchased and had installed wood flooring. Several of the boxes of wood had been opened and resealed - either half full or full of damaged/6" long pieces that had been returned to the store by a previous unhappy customer. We were told they would deliver replacement boxes, but they never did. We had to go pick it up. In our quote they said installation would take 2 days - they only sent 2 people and it took 4.5 days, with no delays. The installers worked until 8pm on the last day, rushing, and left things undone including moving the dishwasher back into place. Home Depot scheduled someone to fix the dishwasher, and they never showed up. We paid extra for "Furniture Removal," which was them moving furniture into the corner and not covering to protect from dust and debris - they did not move any to other rooms. All these issues and they offered us an insulting gift card to their store. Management was extremely apathetic. They never returned messages - we had to call at the right time to catch them at work. Awful experience, not worth it.

  This location is my least favorite. One day I’m in and everything is fine, locate me needs in seconds. Next day I come to get a key made and was told that the machine is down for the day. For the day like just today or like always? It seems to me no one cared to try and fix it. I was even told it worked earlier today. I’ll simply take my home needs to Lowe’s or Menards now. Can’t even get a simple key made here.
