  I found what I needed, but had to chase down an employee to assist with cutting something. The employee saw me and did his best to avoid me.

  Love this home Depot. Very busy on holidays. Get a hot dog while your there. Best hot dog around.

  I go to Home Depot with my wife to buy a washer. We selected a Samsung, bought the warranty and scheduled delivery. In the process we didnot buy the dryer, our dryer works fine. We were told we had to buy hoses from Home Depot for them to install the unit. The sales lady stated that they would move the old outside but not carry it off. So the two guys delivering the washer show up, unhook my current washer, unhook the water. I have steam function on the dryer which gets water from a tee on washer line, so I had bought a hose to replace the one the delivery man had already unhooked. When I asked him to put the new hose on, he refused. Not only that, but if I insisted he would not take the washer outside, since it was not on the order. I told him to stop, I was going to refuse the delivery. His partner had unboxed the new washer, taken the stabilizing rod for the drum out. The man RAN out of my house, THREW the new washer on the truck, without reinstalling the shipping rods on the drum. The Manager on Duty yesterday did not have time to talk to me. Home Depot did refund my money. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for appliances. Update: May 8, 2018: To date no one from Home Depot has responded to this review. They do not care obviously. I have bought a lot of stuff from Home Depot over the years and am actually shocked that they have not. But, for any of you considering buying a major appliance, do not expect them to care, it is obvious they do not. When you can not simply say we are sorry your experience fell short of expectations/standards, or what ever, that is a lack of caring.

  Ran in for 2 items bought 4 items but all needed for home projects. I wish they had segweys for customers to ride in store with baskets attached to throw in your items. Is it just me...? :-) Military discount always appreciated as well as the late hours.

  Any time that I have home repair projects that require an experienced or knowledgeable individual, I am able to tackle the task with certainty after doing a little research and sometimes seeking advice from the folks at Home Depot. There are a few there that have many years experience in their trades and are happy to help and problem-solve. This is a great resource , and a little courtesy can go a long way. I have relied on the Home Depot in my profession, through the years and throughout the country and the U.S. territories, to have what I need when I need it. I have had to travel greater distances to shop at a Home Depot , and there happens to be one that is closer to me, but it falls short of this in both, inventory and knowledgeable, helpful personnel. This Home Depot is the best in the area . The key personnel is a huge factor .
