  Delighted with the service from the young lady in the blinds department today. She located the blinds I wanted with a helpful smile. Cord free blinds were inexpensive and protect my dog.

  Nobody that works there knows a thing about anything they sell. You'll be aware of this on the rare occasion when someone actually offers to help you.

  Generally I like the store, but this is a review of their phone line service. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and got transferred from seven different people to find out that they didn't have Cedar Shake shingles. Someone wasn't picking up. I drove from 72nd and Dodge at Lowe's all the way up to the store before someone finally gave me the answer I was looking for and told me they didn't have them in stock. Just want decent customer phone service that's all I ask

  For home repair items, it's a convenient location, but the store facilities and staff could be improved upon. Personally, I'd go to the Home Depot on West Maple for a better shopping experience. Now, if you're just running in to get a muffler for your lawnmower, no problem, but if you want knowledgeable staff or a cleaner location, go west young man.
