  Unfortunate that I was not able to get the assistance I needed in the garden section. I left to go to Lowe's were I got great customer service. I hope to be able to give a better rating on my next visit, because I usually get very good customer service.

  Excellent one-stop shop for home hardware!!! Excellent customer service; one attendant made it easy, convenient and very time-saving to purchase some items in the depot!!! 👍 👍 👍

  I cannot stand this store. They NEVER answer the phone. I'm on hold for eternity. I went in the store to buy something so I decided to call and see what they do when the phone rings. NOTHING! they just don't answer phone calls and I wish I had the time to complain to the headquarters. Maybe I should take the time to do that.

  Sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get help 😚. I complained to their corporate and nothing happened. Instead the employees started retaliatory attitudes. Don't dare let them know that you gave a negative review on their company sponsored survey either. Otherwise, you'll see their wrath too. The survey says Voice Of Customers but I'm not sure if they really want to hear the truth. Lying comes so easily to some there too. I love shopping at home Depot for what the company represents in the community. Their spirit of giving back BUT some managers, MODs and associates at this stores are a piece of work. Especially if you are SWB. I've been trying since August to have them replace my exterior door their installer damaged while installing my security door. Their corporate in Atlanta offered me $150 for "good customer service gesture" after many emails. Even though their expert installer had already informed them that the door has to be replaced. I don't know where I can buy exterior door and installation for $150. Very rude and bunch racists. The way they deal with non white customers is deplorable. They asked me to sign a waiver and mail it back to Atlanta if I want the $150. CRAZY FOOLS!

  Absolutely wonderful and Themar hopefully I'm spelling her name right. Was so professional, knowledge & very helpful. I usually go the the America's Best on route 1, & will never go there again!. And this location in Tacoma Park is closer to my house. The other location on route 1, gave me false information, they seem to be rushing me out. But the Eye Doctor(female) was very professional & helpful to my needs. Tacoma Park is now the only America's Best I would go to and highly recommend.
