  If you need any information or help when it comes to flooring whether it's carpet, tile, or wood, ask for Albert! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Kim at customer service is wonderful also. The reason for the three stars, twice it's happened to me now where I purchase a large order and when I come to pick up at the designated time, it's not ready. The 1st time I had to wait three hours and the 2nd time 45 minutes. I don't understand how you can place an order 2 or 3 days before and yet it's not ready when it's time to pick up. That is absolutely unacceptable and quite frankly pathetic.

  Needed some electric parts. As usual nothing is in its place. Ask the attendant. "I can help you find what's in the picture of the box. I'm new and don't know. Let me look for the guy that know." She never returns to say anything or with the guy that knows. By pure luck I found something that helped me solve my problem. It wasn't even in the right box!
