  First time dealing with this store and probably the last. I had a scheduled delivery that has not made it to the job site yet. According to Home Depot they attempted delivery but no one bother to call in advance or even knock on the door. I addressed the issue the next morning and they told me they would deliver that same day and that they would call me with an ETA. Well no one called all day and when I reached to them I was put on hold for about 20 min. No one picked up. And apparently my delivery is scheduled for another day now. But no one bothered to give me a heads up

  I come here often to get all my home needs. I've enjoyed coming here for years and have bought from small things to large and everything in between. The service is good but not always. There is Plenty of parking and the hours are convenient. On my last visit Latasha helped me get the paint I needed, she was fast and friendly. But John at the kitchen cabinets on the other hand was not very helpful or friendly, he said he was a supervisor , maybe since it's early in the morning but I didn't feel welcomed by him. Other than that, other associates did say good morning to be and I appreciate that.

  I was extremely disappointed in the customer service here. there are absolutely no workers anywhere and they are so slow and so not helpful. it was a complete waste of time and I wasted an hour here doing nothing because nobody helped me. never going to come back and I recommend that you don’t come here either. Shame on Home Depot. I would give it zero stars if I could. WASTE OF TIME!

  I was looking for prices on different merchandise everyone was very helpful. I went to check out in express lady scan my items, they were to heavy for me to pick up. In and out less then 10 minutes total..Thanks

  This place has great customer service. The Home Depot on N. Ave. refused to price match am out of stock item at Elston saying that "we don't need to do that and that different stores have different pricing across the world." Well, this was down the street. I had to buy the item from North Avenue, take it to Elston, return it, and buy it again at Elston - they took care of me. I'm a credit holder with Home Depot and probably did $4,000 worth of business with them in 2017 but have learned to purchase at Elston and go to North Avenue with future returns in building materials returns.
