  Every time I come to this homedepot in Wappingers there’s never anyone to help you , you walk in during the day and it’s like a ghost town.You have to literally hunt someone down to ask a question it’s ridiculous. I’ve been in here multiple times and this is always how it is , not sure if there trying to cut back on paying workers but it’s not good for business I’ll tell you that.Next time going to Lowe’s even though it’s farther from my house .

  Five star review for manager John. I requested manager assistance after another employee’s frustration with management felt like frustration with me. John showed professionalism and kindness in rectifying the situation. Three star review overall for the circumstances creating the necessity of John’s intervention, but John was five star.

  Every time I come here, they consistently are rude and unhelpful. Employees also argue and fight in front of customers

  We were in Home Depot in Wappingers Falls, NY for a replacement hose for our power washer. We were assisted quickly and politely. That was great because sometimes it's hard to to get someone's attention without setting your hair on fire.

  This is one of the friendliest Home Depot’s I’ve ever been to! All the staff members are so eager to help me find what I’m looking for quickly and efficiently. The cashiers are all so friendly and quick with checking me out. There’s one cashier that stood out to me last time I went, his name was Jonathan. I let him know I was in a rush & he made sure to ring me out quickly & he also was very helpful with informing me about the credit card for you guys. Unfortunately I don’t want a CC at the moment but if I ever get one it’ll be because of Jonathan!
