  No competence at all from staff. I had to sit there and help customers since there were no employees available

  I've been standing here for about 25 minutes for a product that their app claims to have 155+ in stock of. I asked someone for help 7 minutes after I got here since 0 were in their home location. The guy says he'll be right back and dissappears. Found him hiding out and now he's trying to find it from a top stock but has no idea where it is.

  I needed plywood cut in half to make two 4x4s I also needed another plywood sheet to be cut into four 2x4s. I returned home and I was getting ready to stack the plywood up and I discovered that my 4x4s (1/4” too small and too big!) were not even close and the 2x4s were even worse! I paid $109 for two pieces of plywood for nothing. I’ve tried calling to figure out what can be done but no one is answering.

  About time, great customer service. I bought a washer and dryer for my son and daughter in law today.i hope the delivery and install go as smooth. I gave a 4 star rating that's the highest I ever go, no one is perfect.
