  Lack of workers/cashiers. Plumbing section is a nightmare. Self checkouts are always broken, one of them hasn't been working for months. Parking lot not organized. You do might get help depending on the island or person working in there. Returned broken items are resold all the time. Just like any other home depot, for contractors, its just to go there on an emergency and hope they have what we need.

  Great place for your DIY needs & gardening + more including appliances. Staff are great & provide a very helpful assistance.

  The good 3% sales tax no line at checkout. The bad zero help in any departments Rap music blaring thru out the store. Didn't know home Depot corporate went "gangster" hey whatever it takes.ill go to Lowe's to get the thing I need and couldn't find & listen to nice elevator music while I shop!

  Even though I go here almost weekly, the store and stock is not maintained well. Help? Requires one to search the store and then sadly not much. I've never seen anyone in appliances. With that said, Every and anytime, I've had them install flooring wether hardwood or tiles or any other labor Home Depot has performed has been excellent. Can't say that about Lowe's though.

  Nice store. There was one person who I forgot to ask his name but he was very helpful. He was Asian/Hispanic with a manbun. He came and asked me what I needed and then took me around the store to find me exactly what i was looking for, then when I was done, he proceeded to ask another person in that aisle if he needed is help. That is the kind of service you are looking for, especially at a home improvement store.
