  Very poor service. Employees not helpful. Directed us to wrong location of items more than once. I will go to the glennweiden way store from now on. Much better service at that store. And much cleaner also.

  They actually close BEFORE their posted closing time so, don't get there 5 minutes before they close otherwise you'll have to explain to Bubba the Bouncer why you need to get in. And whatever you do, don't tell him that you "just need to return one item" at that ridiculously late hour. . . Because you'll likely get this explanation (sans an apology) - "oh, they've already closed down the return registers". . . To which I say, 'fire up those 1800's steam engines to produce that newfangled "'electricity" stuff to run those magical computation machines'. Sounds pretty complicated and oh so time consuming when you put it like that, huh?

  I came in and wanted to buy a washer and dryer combo this morning right after they opened 5/10/18 There was a sales associate that was helping someone and 10 others just standing around and not doing anything. I continued to walk around the washer machine and dryer that I wanted to buy. I did not receive any other acknowledgement . I continued to wait and waited a extra 15 minutes with. No help. I’ve been doing research on the wash machines and dryers that I wanted and Home Depot had the best price on combination that I want. I will go pay more now somewhere else to get the same combination and get better service that I should’ve got a Home DepotI will take my business elsewhere to purchase my wash machine and dryer than any other home necessities I need I will no longer go to Home Depot.

  Please stop letting people without trailers park in the trailer parking. Obviously the honor system is not working because every single vehicle parked there doesn't have a trailer almost every time I come here. So how about some policing.

  We've been working on DIY projects for months, so I've spent lots of time there. I've always found the employees to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well-stocked. If an item isn't on the shelf, they will find it for you and either get it from their overhead stock, or direct you to a store that has it. They can even tell you how many there are. This store is always busy, even though there are others just a few miles away, that says something good about it too. It's easy to get to, right off I-205 and near I-84.
