Excellent school. My daughter is in the school almost one year now and we are very satisfied.

Have you heard of the school HSPVA ? well don’t go there! Why? BECAUSE ITS A MOTHER SCAM! if you go into the vocal department & your not interested in being an opera singer then DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Hspva is old fashioned and only encourages one type of singing. The teachers are trash as well they talk about their students with other students. I wish some would have told me before I started going to this school. Thats is all thank you.

I'm not a student here, just attended a summer music program (AFA) and I have to say: this campus is neat! There's cool art in the hallways along with practice rooms in every corner. Based on the bulletin boards they seem to care a lot about

As a teacher (not at this school) and a parent, I believe in the cooperation and collaboration of parents and schools to work in the best interest of the students. I don't believe HSPVA faculty and staff hold the same belief. Certain teachers here do not respond to parent emails and are outright confrontational and aggressively uncivil to parents. That attitude comes from the top. I have a straight-A child with excellent conduct, but had a concern with a teacher. The principal threatened to kick my child out of the school because he didn't like me questioning the teacher. So much for "in the best interest of the student." Awful principal and the attitude filters down to the teachers.
