  I don't think the word gastropub is appropriate for the Hatch. I ordered a burger (after filling out a fixins sheet) and when it came out I was pretty disappointed. The slim patty looked like it had been thawed heated by someone not completely familiar with cooking. I was hungry, so I didn't complain. The Tatchos we're pretty bad. They came out under a pile of iceburg lettuce, watery canned jalapenos, and what resembled cheese wiz. There are some amazing new restaurants in the downtown area (almost too many to try them all) unfortunately the Hatch is not one of them. Unless they get their act together, I would spend your money elsewhere.

  The Pizza was sooo good, I ordered a second slice and my friend had three. Adriel was so accommodating, and gave us a great recommendation for a car wash. Nice water on tap too, hidden gem 👍

  Very good place before a intimate drink with a special someone and also they have very good food

  Good food, good drinks, good service, huge TV and fair pricing.
