--EDIT 2-- In response to your comment on my review, the website indicated a very specific date. This is not an issue of 'outdated; website. It's very clear that this was done on purpose. Don't try to cover it and apologize to your customers instead, because you are only making the situation look worst to any customer reading your comment. --EDIT-- Not anymore. The staff are decisive. I went to buy some can food for my cats, which I usually buy online from Chewy, but there was a "delay" on the shipment so I decided to go here and pick up some cans while waiting for my packages. I got around 4 cans, went to the cashier, was greeted with a wide smile and everything looked OK. Then when she saw the food I bought the cashier girl commented: Oh! We have an offer on this food! it's buy one get one for free! (this was before the new year). I thought wow! what a good offer! (but since I already bought two 24 packages from Chewy I was hesitant to get more) so I took my bag and went to my car. But there I thought "why not?", I can save them for later, and the food is kinda expensive so I have to exploit this opportunity! So I went to the store again and grabbed a basket, and I saw that the cashier girl noticed me; I went to the back and took a one month supply of the food that is included in the offer (the one the cashier mentioned). Few moments later, when they noticed I was getting more food and that this could be (bad for the business). The girl (she had asian features) jumped in front of me and told me: Oh! I am so sorry! the offer actually ended! I was mistaken!. Which sounded ridiculous to me because she just told me there is an offer, and it she told me she probably told a lot other customers (because the offer included many brands). Now that I am taking a lot more food, they changed their mind? I thought: well, maybe I am overthinking. So I asked if I should return these to the shelves and the girl said no, but I returned them nevertheless because I did not want to bother whoever is gonna do that. After I went to my car, i remember that they have a website in which they announce for offers and such )they have a FB as well), so I went there. And guess what? the offer has NOT ended yet!! That means, I was lied to because I wanted to take benefit of the offer. Which is what any customer would do with offers! that's why they are there! because customers buy more when there are offers on items! and there was no 'limit' on how many you can get! Yet, they grossly lied to my face because they don't have problem with that! They could have told me AT LEAST that there is a limit or something if they are worried I will exploit the offer too much. But they didn't care, they just lied. I felt really disgusted because I like the store as they bring high quality food that cannot be found in the area. But after this incident I prefer to go to low-end stores like Petco and such instead of getting deceived, manipulated, and lied to in 'high-end' stores! But well, thanks to chewy, I don't need to worry about getting high quality food, they are incredible and HONEST. (side note: the prices here are much higher than if you wanna get food online, please do so, you can't know when will they lie to you, never trust cheaters) ---------------------------------------- Best place in Omaha for pets food. You will find a lot of quality food there.

Been here twice for the self-serve bath. Highly recommend the bath - $16 and they provide everything you need (but not nail clippers), and they do all the clean up afterwards! I think it's worth it because I don't have a tub at home. Their prices for food are really high - I know they sell top-quality food, but it's still cheaper online. And I wish they wouldn't put bones and treats in bowls on the floor.

Great place! I went to use the self-service dog wash for my English Springer. They helped me get him in and out of the tub and made sure I had everything I needed. Very nice people. Will definitely be back!

We have a Chinese Shar-Pei and he requires baths on a regular basis. A few weeks ago when it was time for a bath before a holiday party, I loaded him up and drove him to The Green Spot to try out their facility. Usually we just give Dudley a bath at home but sometimes get tired of the struggle of coaxing him into the bathroom, encouraging him into the shower, and cleaning up the mess afterward. As a nice break, mostly to myself, we went to The Green Spot. The first time I went it was a weekend afternoon and I was able to get him in right away. The next time I went, both bath tubs were being used but I put my name on a waiting list, ran one quick errand, and when I was back there was a spot open for me. They did explain that if somebody would arrive and a tub was open and I had not returned, they would let them go first. They estimated that if I were back in about 20 minutes, one of the owners and dogs in the tub would be just finishing up and I wouldn’t lose my spot. They were right on with their estimate and as I arrived it was our turn. They have several methods to help get your dog into the tub. They have a ledge on one side of the tub for the dog jump up to and then into the tub or they will bring over a mobile staircase so your dog can walk up and get inside. The top of the tub is about 4 feet above the ground and I knew Dudley would never use the stairs so I had to lift him up and in. Once your dog is in the tub, they hook a short leash from the side of the tub to the dogs neck. They do this on both sides so the dog has some room to move around but not enough slack to jump out of the tub. They explained how to turn on the water and showed me all the supplies that I could use and then let us get started. They supply shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning solution, q-tips, cotton balls, wash clothes, brushes, towels, and a blow dryer. They do pull a gate closed so you are in a 6 x 10‘ area with the tub and all the supplies you need, which is nice so once the bath is finished and you are drying off your dog, they can’t escape. When the wash is done, you leave all the supplies and somebody comes and cleans up the area for you and you go to the counter to check out. The cost of a single wash is about $16 but a wash package can be purchased which I believe is to buy six washes and get the seventh one free. Both times they have allowed me to take Dudley outside to use the restroom right away after the bath because I get worried that with the anxiety of the bath he could have an accident if he doesn’t get out quickly. They let me take Dudley out for a few minutes and even load him up in the car before coming back inside to pay. I just appreciate their flexibility in that regards. Their shop is clean and their staff is very friendly. And it always fun for Dudley meet other dogs that are there. The last time we went there was even a little monkey on a leash! Thank you for providing such a nice place to bring your dog for a bath! We will be back : )
