This is definitely one of the most fun (and affordable) attractions in all of Raleigh. I've done it 3x, and would definitely recommend. It's also worth mentioning that they have excellent customer service- super prompt, helpful, and accommodating. Get your ticket today!

My sales team at work rented out the Trolley for one of our team outings back in the fall and we had a blast! We did the bar crawl tour, but honestly the best part was hanging out on the trolley while we enjoyed our cold beverages. We'd definitely do this again!

Had a great time on the holiday lights tour! Several friends booked a tour together and brought the kids. It was great to relax with friends and watch the excitement of our kids (6 and 2 years old) as they played at the North Pole! This is our newest holiday tradition for the kids and I look forward to booking another Great Raleigh Trolley offering in the near future.

What a wonderful time!! We took our 2 boys for the holiday lights tour and had a blast! Our guide was awesome. There was a photographer and santa at the “North Pole” which was a pleasant surprise! I’m excited that this has come to Raleigh and can’t wait to take my family again next year. Thanks for creating a new family tradition!!

The employees were super nice, so no complaints there. But they really need to step up their game. If you advertise the tour as holiday lights you need to see more than 3 houses with lights. That portion of the tour was definitely a let down. Fortunately there was 15 of us in our group and we never have any problem making our own fun. At the beginning our tour guide gave us some NC history. I wish it had been tailored more towards Christmas. At the end they make a stop at the Boylin street bar for a drink or hot chocolate. It was festively decorated and was a nice touch. I wouldn't do the tour again though.
