  Signage could use some work. I walked right by it the first time. They sell many types of alcohol for a shop that specifically brands itself as a wine purveyor, which is bad if you're seeking a wine that's not super popular as they only have a small number of choices from each region. Prices are okay. The dog is super cute. I would go back if I were in that exact neighborhood and needed SOMETHING to bring to a dinner party, but this is not a destination wine shop by any means. Well-lit but comfortable atmosphere. Kind and helpful staff.

  Love their weekly tastings & curated selection - they carry my favorite cava & sake! The ladies who work their are also knowledgeable & kind, you literally can chat with them forever. Favorite wine shop hands down!

  I really wanted to like this place, it’s close by and has a good selection of locally sourced stuff and it’s reasonably priced. But man their service is so hit or miss. One lady in particular is so rude and has never made me feel like she actually wanted me to be there. Last time I went she complained to my girlfriend and I because I used the bathroom without asking her first. There was no sign or anything and the door was open but it really seemed to bother her and it made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable. She also wouldn’t give me punches on my loyalty card for $23 liquor or a $26 box of canned wines. But what ever. I’ll be going to the juice box north of Ocean Pkwy from now on. I really don’t appreciate being made to feel unwelcome when I’m making regular $60-80 purchases there. Edit: Yea the owners response further convinces me that I don’t want to shop at a store that starts from the assumption that all new customers are potentional shoplifters. Ridiculous. I don’t appreciate being suspected of theft while patronizing a store. 🙄

  This place has a good selection of wine, but honestly I don’t know who reviewed saying the owner is approachable because that is not the case. That last two times I’ve been there when the woman who owns the store is working, she was very unapproachable and made me feel like I am disturbing her by shopping there. Unsure what the issue is, but won’t be returning.

  I generally really like this local liquor store they have tastings and a reasonably priced selection with local offerings sprinkled in. I have been here 4 times.. 3 times I had excellent service.. HOWEVER...1 time I guess we "interrupted" the woman working in mid meal, and she didnt take it well because she was NOT very friendly at all.. (sad part is that is the ONE time I actually brought a friend with me to the store). My friend worked in the wine business and asked a simple question about their process for selecting the wines they carry and the woman working had a very terse/abrupt/less than friendly answer. I give it a 4 out of 5 because the rest of the times I had great helpful service.. but I will come back and change it if I have another less than favorable experience.
