  Just got off the phone with management, speedy and fair resolution to the issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel-I am confident that management has taken steps to ensure this does not happen to other guests. I had a late night emergency so I needed a local place to stay. I arrived at the Georgetown Inn at about 11:30. While I was checking in, one of the guests at the hotel called the front desk and I could hear them complaining about the air conditioning not working. I woke up at 2:00 in the morning because my room was so hot-my air conditioning was not working either. They sent someone up to check my air conditioning, then told me that I would need to change rooms because it was broken. Moving everything at 2 in the morning was even worse than sleeping in a hot room. When I checked out the next morning at 7:00, the front desk clerk refused to make any adjustment to my bill. Definitely NOT worth the price and the hassle.

  The hotel was beautiful and classy. It has alot of history and you can read about it in your in-room information book. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location of tgis hotel is perfect, it is right in the middle of everything. You can get to all activities in a very short walk. Overall a very nice overnight trip!

  A lovely oasis in the middle of bustling Georgetown. We hosted an engagement dinner there in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was superb. The chef and her son came out to the table afterwards for a really special touch.

  From the first phone call for our reservation to check in, Nicole at the front desk was a rock star! This was my husband and I’s first date night after 8 weeks without our newborn. The valet guys were friendly and efficient and then Nicole was able to get us early check in to a super cute room. Great value, great views, perfect for a little getaway.

  Well located. A good deal if you get a good price. Rooms are a bit worn
