  Came in to check out a mattress topper. Was the only customer in the store but was informed at the front desk that no one was able to show the item to me. Granted it was 2 days before Xmas. But why are you open if you can’t help customers? Wasted part of a perfectly good Saturday.

  Bought an armless frame (not the easiest thing to operate) and a sprung mattress (totally awesome) as a guest bed/couch, and it's pretty sweet. Better still was Trashon and David's excellent service and relaxed Sunday afternoon attitude and low pressure sales pitch. They let us kick back and browse to our hearts' content, and shot us a discount and some free pillows that were on promotion. It was still a chunk of change, but we a happy with the purchase and especially happy with the service. Way to go, kids!

  Amazing experience!! We went to The Futon Shop today and fell in love with their 100% chemical-free Calm Nest mattress. We ended up buying not only their mattress, but also a great bed frame and pillows. David and Trashon were super helpful and patient with us. We enjoyed our experience a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in buying a great organic mattress at a very reasonable price in San Francisco. We cannot wait to get everything delivered. Thanks a lot!!

  David and Trashon were very friendly and helpful when my wife and I dropped by looking for a new futon. I was impressed by the fact that all of their futons are assembled and prepared on site in their warehouse. There is a lot to choose from, but the atmosphere in the showroom on Sunday was relaxed, and it was easy to spend time browsing and finding the correct futon we were hoping for.

  I went to the futon shop today with my husband and young son today The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and patient. I feel good about supporting a place that's local and that does manufacturing here. I'm also really juiced about the chemical free bedding.The futon I chose looks great as a sofa and will be super comfy and long lasting guest bed and sofa. . Michael and Tray were excellent sales people without being pushy or manipulative . I recommend this place.
