::If a place is busy, I always take that as a good thing. The funnel cakes here are no joke. We tried one of their funnel cakes topped with powered sugar and boisenberry topping, and that thing was good. The girls tried their ice cream and they gobbled those things up. So if you like deserts, this place is definetly worth the wait.

::I'd been craving a funnel cake for months and finally found my way across the Vincent Thomas Bridge. A funnel cake with powdered sugar was $7.25. I'm a purist so I skipped the fruit topping, ice cream, and whipped cream options. There are a few small tables inside and lots of outdoor tables in a nice area off the LB marina. The funnel cake was delish and exactly what I'd been craving. Validated parking is $2 for up to two hours.

::I do not like Funnel Cakes at all but our friends were eager to go here so I acquiesced. But I still am giving this place a good rating because everybody in my group, including my husband, enjoyed it. What I enjoyed more was sitting outdoors enjoying a cool evening on the harbor. Oh, I did have a cup of coffee which was not the best but decent enough.
