  I ordered from an online service that sent my order to the Flower Bucket. These were flowers for a funeral. They were delivered April 4. One arrangement came in the wrong type color/style basket than what was pictured. One vase item came in the wrong shape vase and we were sent the basic version instead of the premium that we purchased. Another vase item was supposed to be the deluxe version and again we received the basic and this one was supposed to have daisies in the arrangement and there were no daisies...Then to top it all off we found evidence that the arrangements were infested and we had to throw them away. I enclosed picture (look at the leaves to the left close up you will see where they have been chewed ). Horrible. Very disappointed on such an important day.

  Worse customer service EVER!! I would give a zero stars but it wont let me. Ordered a gift basket online...they stated online that it had been delivered when in actuality the person who on the phone said that the driver showed up and no one was home.My family member was home and did not hear anyone knock at the door. Then she proceeded to tell me that the driver was new and probably didn't not knock hard enough.Question ..why would you say it was delivered when it had not been then call me back the next day and say that it was undeliverable then I call back and tell me that you can deliver it the same day and then it's still not be delivered because you call me back 10 minutes later stating that the deliveries were done for the day. Horrible place I would never ever ever give my business to these people.BY THE WAY. .THE GIFT WAS FOR MY SON FOR HIS BIRTHDAY 😡

  They are amazing called in for a double bouquets request. Came down to pick up and realized we didn’t describe, that we needed the bouquets for a wedding. Jenn said “no problem”, took the flowers out of the vase and prepared two beautiful wedding bouquets with ribbon in less than ten minutes, Right in front of our eyes. It was beyond amazing service!! Great conversation and spectacular customer service!! Will definitely do business with them again! Thank you Jenn!!

  Jenn always ensures that her staff goes above and beyond! I placed a Christmas order with Jenn for delivery the next day. I received an email from the recipient that day with a picture of the order and a note about how she loved it so much. The order was everything I expected and more! Thank you to The Flower Bucket for always going the extra mile! I’ll definitely be using Jenn again for orders in Fort Worth!

  This florist was very friendly and accommodating! The arrangement was delivered promptly the day I placed my order and they were so helpful over the phone. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, my grandmother really enjoyed it. Great experience!!
