They responded within a day and the owner (Anthony) came out to inspect since his team was busy. He sent his guys over to take a look and they discovered that the leak was coming from the chimney, which was not covered by the roof, but he went ahead and made the repair and didn't charge me. The Flat Roof company stands behind their work and goes above and beyond even when it is outside the scope of their work. I can't recommend them highly enough!
