We found this place and dined here on our trip to Houston. Good service and decor, but however not so great food. I don't know how this place has such good rating, don't get me wrong, their food is ok but just OK. I gave it 2 stars because it wasn't worth the price and the food lacked something, the nice flavor of sushi. Maybe it's good sushi for Houston standards or we just had a bad day. Being sushi lovers, we eat sushi sometimes 2-3 times a week and we've never had leftovers, but this is the first time we wasted food. We had Naked roll, Shrimp'Olicious, Millennium, Midtown and green tea; the recommendation would be the naked roll and green tea.

The food was great and it had a nice atmosphere. My friends and I drank lots of Saki and enjoyed a wide variety of sushi and appetizers. I would highly recommend this place!

The specialty rolls here are delicious. High quality ingredients with great sauces. However, the regular snow crab roll I had was lacking. Very little flavor, not fresh, and mostly rice.

The volcano dish and the salmon nigiri here changed my life. Like many Americans, I began as one of those “I don’t eat raw food” people, but after this restaurant, I left a changed woman. If this place was closer to my house my wallet would be on fire, and it’ll all be worth the burn. The service is good and the interior is stylish. I’ll definitely be back until I’m gone!

The Fish has a good selection of sushi rolls, and the 4 that my husband and I had were delicious. The chef was great when we asked him to pack up our last roll to go, but the server was not particularly friendly. It wasn't busy but she forgot our soup and was difficult to find when we needed our check.
