  Very easily accessible for those that live and work in the North Loop area. Variety of classes and friendly staff make it fun to go.

  The staff and overall feeling of the place is friendly. It’s a clean facility. Reasonably priced. There’s something for everyone. Much more focused on classes, but has what you need for an open gym session.

  Best workout in town! Best music, Best instructors who engage the class, upper body workout and core in addition to legs (for spin), classes are filled to the brim with enthusiastic class members. Sense of community, getting each other wipes at the end of class - very unique, the very very best.

  The Firm is a wonderfully unique fitness boutique. The energy there truly rings from every corner of the building and in every conversation experienced. I have met the kindest people there, which has created some very soulful connections. The instructors are very knowledgeable about fitness, as well as about the importance of making positive human interactions! After each workout, my heart is full, my muscles are sore, and my brain is filled with positivity.

  Staff is always friendly, extremely welcoming, inclusive, and fun atmosphere, serious athletics, makes working out a treat versus a chore. There is always music playing to get you hyped (loud enough that there are ear plugs for sale at the counter). I love their fitness classes--the instructors work you hard yet somehow you leave relaxed and refreshed. Very stylish place, people dress to impress.
