  The workout I get here is 1,000,000% better and more fun than one I get from a treadmill and just lifting... But if you like lifting they have weights there too

  I've been training and exercising my whole life and have never experienced a such an incredible combination of fitness, martial arts, and unity. The trainers are top notch and are very family friendly. It is very clean and the staff makes sure you are happy at every visit. After attending for a month, I have signed up both of my kids and they love it. I highly recommend this location!!!

  Best place in the area for Muay Thai and jujitsu . They also have yoga. That’s the trifecta! Trainers are experienced knowledgeable and patient. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s like family here ...no judgment just work hard and play hard! If your a novice ... no worries! They will design your work out to your activity and skill level. I restarted MT after a 10 year hiatus and never felt uncomfortable. Love the camaraderie!!!! Gym has new equipment . Clean and prices are affordable. Sometimes tough to find parking is the downside but seems like the manager is even working on that for its patrons.

  Facility is big with boxing ring and turf area. Love how it’s a welcoming gym to any and everyone and to all ages. Trainers are awesome! Friendly, safe and clean!!
