  TLDR: Accidentally bought a defective DS and had to dumpster dive to find receipt because they thought I was ripping them off. I am writing this through my girlfriend's account. I was at this store on 5/11/2018 to purchase a DS for my girlfriend so she could play Nintendogs. Everything went fine with the purchase and DS seemed to work fine after we got it. So naturally we threw away the receipt as everything seemed to be working perfectly. Due to our busy schedule as college students we couldn't actually play the game till the next day. Once we started the game though we learned that the mic is broken on the DS. The next morning we went into the store and asked if we could exchange the DS for another one, hoping that they could look up our information from past purchases to prove that we actually bought the system. The person at the register said that he couldn't do anything. I was personally shocked as they sold us a defective product. I asked if we could sell the system back to them and the said, "We don't buy defective products." I was very angry and upset with this and I went back home to try and find the receipt. I dug through the trash to try and find a simple receipt. My girlfriend called the store and asked to talk to the manager. The manager had the gaul to say we looked suspicious and that we were trying to rip them off. I luckily found the receipt though and exchanged it for another DS. This was a very disappointing experience for me as I have been a very loyal customer to this chain for 5 years. I know that the other stores in this chain, especially those in the Indianapolis area, are fantastic but this one clearly doesn't take the time to make sure that their products work as intended and is fine with ripping the customer off. This is sad and I don't see any reason to return to this store as there are others in the Chicago area that do just as good, if not a better, job than this store.

  I stop in from time to time and the workers are always attentive and helpful. They all seem to really love their work environment and that makes me feel great shopping as a guest.

  Great selection of older video games for a great price. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with finding what I needed.

  Love this spot! Best place to get used games and movies and even new ones too. Super affordable and friendly staff makes this a favorite go to spot for at home fun!
