  I have had wonderful experiences with The End every time I shop on the OmegaOrder website. The customer service is awesome, the guy that answers the phone is the most pleasant person i have met in a long time!!! And if I have a question about a product I send an email and get a response in like 5 minutes!!! I will definitely be buying all of my music from them!!!

  This is a copy of the e mail I sent to the End Records, they may have the stuff you really want and that nobody else has but frankly the frustration of doing business with them isn't worth it. Jay "To Whom it may concern, You need to reevaluate what your goal is in business. I for one can gaurantee that I intend to NEVER to business with you again. I am 49 years old and I have ordered so many things over the years, and not one time have I ever had somthing that was realeased/available to the public take almost 3 months to ship to my business/residence. I have even ordered items from overseas that was not currently in stock, knowing that it would have a delay and gotten the items quicker. I have had items fabricated for me that were not rush items that i got faster! My suggestion to you is simple, figure out how to get the items you have ordered in 6 weeks or less. If you cannot find a solution I can gaurantee that sombody else will and will fill your niche that you have created, and your company will either change fast or go out of business! Your company has been essentially unsympathetic to my concerns previously, by telling me I could cancel my order. I have a whole list of colorful expletives that come to mind at the thought of your reprehensible response to a customers concern for an excesively delayed order. Unsympathetically Yours, JD"
