Extremely outdated. Like, 1953. Was a little sketchy. Nice TV though, and the bed was comfortable. Appreciated the secure parking!

Garbage place, paid $320 and didnt even spend 2 hours there ohh and $60 for 2 day parking. Booked another hotel within a couple of hours, crack heads and tweakers everywhere.. and the rooms look like some haunted hotel!

Room was not clean. Trash in drawers and mold on the wall, next to the heater. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY DO NOT HONOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS!!! Upon checking in, after a delayed flight, I was told that they were completely full and that my room had been moved to their "sister" hotel a couple blocks up the street. When I asked why I wasn't getting a room at the hotel I booked at, that I had CONFIRMED reservation for, they told me their policy of "not guaranteeing a room if you checked in after 6pm"...this policy was never mentioned when I booked the room nor when I called a week before my reservation to confirm everything was still good. The third party website I used to book the reservation got the same excuse when they called to resolve the situation and were equally outraged that the hotel was not honoring the reservation. The hotel they sent me to was the Oasis Hotel, a lower quality 2-star hotel when compared to the Embassy. While the Oasis was acceptable for a 2-star hotel, I was still being charged the same rate as if I was staying at the Embassy since they are "sister" hotels (a quick google search showed that the Oasis rents rooms ~20% cheaper than Embassy). This whole arrangement struck me as unethical and suspicious. Since I booked through a third party website, they were able to get me a full refund for my stay since the hotel did not honor the reservation. I never made it past the lobby of the Embassy so I can't comment on the state of the rooms or decor but they way they handled my reservation was appalling and I will never make another reservation at the hotel.

BED BUGS! Was going to stay at this hotel for 3 days with my mother since it was near a relative of ours. Once inside the worker was really nice. Gave me the key to the room (6 floor with 2 beds) and once inside there was this strong odor but all in all the room seemed decent and cleaned. Took a nap there while my mother showered and in 30 mins she woke me up saying that while she was sitting on the sofa a bug jumped on her. Later inspected the room and notice bed bugs on the bed I was sleeping in. Saw 4 but honestly could've had more. Inspected the other bed and there were also bed bugs crawling around. Due to it already being midnight and we didn't know where else to go we could only take another room of theirs (in which we were already horrified but had no choice) after talking to the same staff that gave us our room key. He claimed that he was surprised about the bugs but now thinking back, the smell that I smelled when first entering the room did smell like insecticides. We hurried and left the hotel in the morning. They did say that they'll give me back the refunds so I'm still waiting on that. (This happened on Nov 11) Came home with 7 bite on one arm, 4 on the other, a few on my back and 2 on my face. Was seriously horrifying.
