  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. All staff from the front desk, cleaning service, and restaurant were great. The room was nice and when you turn on the hot water you don't have to wait forever for it to warm up. It's HOT!!! It's also in a great location from bars and other attractions. We'll definitely be staying here again

  This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service is beyond Great! The staff and location is 100%. Oh and the breakfast is super! I have been to this location once a year for the past three years for business purposes! And Sylvester is a great waiter!!

  The Ellis has a great location, design and lobby. However, when I got to my room last time the a/c couldn’t be adjusted, the phone didn’t work and the shower control fell on my hand. The manager did follow up with me at the time and promised if I gave them another chance he would make things right. Going to Atlanta once again I called, leaving messages on his voicemail, at the front desk, and even with him once when he said he’d call me back in 10 minutes. He never did call me back and I felt he had broken faith with me and I canceled my reservation. It wouldn’t have taken a lot for me to love staying there again, but the lack of care and follow-through with the manager compelled me to write this review.

  Location and price were good. King size Deluxe room was a bit small and there was no fridge. They also took an additional $100 out of my account without warning me about it. It was $50 a night for incidentals. Didn't appreciate that. I budget for everywhere we go and so seeing the extra $100 withdrawn without warning threw me off. The bed is super comfortable. There is no breakfast. There is no parking so you have to use valet parking for $35 a night. The shower is nice but a bit small.

  Super clean, updated room. Very secure as you need a key to access elevator. Staff was super friendly ( I stayed 01-27-18 - 01-28-18) , as well as valet. Definitely worth the valet charge! The girls at the front when I checked out were super nice. I left my chapstick in the room and the lady who was cleaning was nice enough to call the front desk and let them know before I left.
