    I lived at the drake for a year and a half and I absolutely loved it. The management team was the best I have ever had. They were responsive with maintenance issues and also threw great apartment parties. The front desk staff and maintenance staff are also very friendly and strict about letting in guests which made me feel very safe. The gym is small but has lots of equipment and I did most of my workouts there. I also used the grills on the roof frequently. This building is also very clean and quiet. I never heard my neighbors and my unit was next to the elevator and trash room. The drake is also located in a really fun and safe neighborhood. I only moved because I needed a bigger place, however I was so pleased with the management that I decided to move into another Keener apartment building.

    The Drake and Keener Management have been a pleasant surprise. It's been 20 plus years since my last apartment living situation and this has been a great experience. Keener Management seems to hire smart, friendly, efficient front office staff. I only wish Keener managed properties in NYC. Can't say enough good things about The Drake and their staff. Two thumbs up.

    I lived in DC for 3 years and nothing compares to my experience living at The Drake. The Drake is a very safe and luxurious building. The amenities truly make the building special (such as the rooftop views, the fitness center, the utilities included in rent, etc.) The building management was extremely responsive to any requests.
