  First off, let's just start by saying GOOD ON YOU DR MARTENS for having reasnoble priced steel toe boots for women. And also classy styles. 💯 Secondly, I got above and beyond service today while I was there. From both Aiden, and a taller guy with short hair whom I think was named Jez? Jez, helped me find the right boots, which meant insoles. And also laced them up with new laces for me!!! Amazing store. And quality beyond measure! So so so so impressed.

  Comfy slip on shoes. High quality leather. Very soft sole. No parking. Best to bike or use transit. Faces burn side directly across from powells book's.

  I had a wonderful experience here. I purchased a pair of DM's that were too small because I felt like the next size up was too big. I ended up coming back to exchange for the larger size and the great sales associate was awesome. She helped me try every combination of insoles and boots until I felt like I had for perfect fit. Great customer service!

  The folks here were helpful. A few of them a bit snobby, but I've dealt with this anytime I've shopped here. Very knowledgeable though. Found exactly what we were looking for and bought two pairs of shoes. The store is very nicely set up too.
