  Six days after I brought my mothers estate jewelry here for appraisal our house was burglarized and all my jewelry and my mother's was stolen. The police said the house was targeted and the job professional. If it weren't for the appraisal photos from the Diamond Exchange, they would have had nothing to go on. So, thank you Diamond Exchange.

  Initially, the staff was great - even though Kiki pushed us to purchase a product that was more than $100 over what we told them was our max budget. We then waited more than a month without hearing back from them on an update that our daughter’s bracelet was ready for pickup. After no returned phone calls at 6 weeks, I finally called one afternoon and spoke with someone who didn’t have an update, so we just cancelled the whole order and demanded a refund. First and last time here! What a waste of time!!

  Could not be happier with my experience with Kiki and Stacey at the Diamond Exchange. After a different reputable jeweler told me it was not possible to resize my engagement ring and that I would need to purchase a whole new setting, I was pretty upset. My brother suggested the Diamond Exchange as he has had many beautiful diamond pieces made by Kiki for my sister in law. I brought it in and met with her, who assured me it WAS possible, and then had it beautifully done within 20 minutes while I waited. They even let me try it back on halfway through to make sure it was the fit I wanted. They were professional, reassuring, and such sweet people. We will definitely be returning to Kiki to get our wedding bands made. And hopefully again and again for more diamonds after that :)
