  Walking into this place is like watching Real World.- young adults who don't lose their teenage mindsets. If mom and dad paid for your college and uncle saved a spot in his company for your career job, then this is the place for you.

  We really like living here, it has just about anything you would need in a high-end complex. The gym is good, it has a lot of machines and some dumbells, along with a small yoga room. The service is exceptional and it even has a club room with a super-espresso machine and iMac for your use. Security and accessibility is tight, which is good if you are living in the downtown area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in this sector of Raleigh.

  In my 10 years of renting, I have never had an experience as enjoyable and convenient as living in The Devon. From the great location, outstanding building construction and awesome management staff, you just can't go wrong living here. I especially loved the hardwood floors and concrete interior in my apartment. Aesthetically pleasing and acts as a great noise buffer; I hardly ever heard my neighbors. Maintenance is also always on point! The gym has everything you need. Luxer package service was also a welcomed addition. Got my delivery waiting for me in a secure location even when i'm not at home. The pool area is awesome and although the grill can get backed up at times, it made for a great way to meet your neighbors. If i had any complaint, it would be the color of the carpet in the hallways. Wasn't a fan of the green but that's just me. All in all, best experience I've had. Shout out to Harvey, Brittany and Meagan for making living there so fun and convenient.

  I moved here from Orlando Florida and decided to reside at the Devon 425 from April 2015 - July 2016. I could have not been happier with my decision. You pay a premium price for a premium style of living. I was in the Studio stack, "X01". The size of that apartment was OK. Towards the end I had too many things and needed more space. The view was great! Though in the afternoon the Sun would be bothersome and also warm up the living area. The appliances are new, the refrigerator lacks space, also is loud at night. Their service team is very responsive. They get to you within 24 hours of a request, which is made online.
