  My grandson had appt. March 28 @ 4pm for cleaning, we arrived @ 345, sat waiting until went to front desk @ 445pm ask when he would be seen, told 15 mintues, we walked out @ 510pm, will not go back, to wait over an hour with no explanation, would not recommend

  First visits, about 5 years ago at the Ridgeway location, was great. Have not been impressed with the Poplar location ever. Customer service is very poor. For instance, today we were the first to arrive for an 8:00 appointment but the third to be called back. There could be many ligitimate reasons but the fact that no explained why leaves the impression that the feelings of the clients is unimportant. Additionally, the attitude of the receptionist to her co-workers reinforce the belief the staff is unapproachable.

  I've been going to the dental connection for 10 years I've watched the business go down hill when schedule for a 8am appointment don't expect to leave until 2-3pm and that's for a basic teeth cleaning and all you'll receive is a we apologize! once taking to a room i was moved to two other different rooms before being seen the work I was having done i was told they no longer deal with that lab after complaining the Manager Tiffany stated she apologize and would handle everything first hand I've waited two weeks because of the holiday and call to verify my appointment which wasn't schedule asked for the Manager Tiffany ..which has now quite... I've recommend family and friends which I did received a 25.00 discount for each but now I wouldn't recommend a corpse... did I mention me and my family are cash payers .. every visit there's someone new and lost about your appointment or what your having done for the day.... Al was great he's no longer with them and the receptionists act like their the doctor all in your room and they don't practice privacy anyone can walk pass and see what you're have done teeth being drilled false teeth applied DON'T GO TO THE DENTAL CONNECTION

  I've met Dr. Turnipseed before she completed dental school. I have dental work today that she did while in school. Over the years she's proven to be very professional and caring for her clients and community. I have no problem in recommending my friends and others to Dr. Turnipseed. Abdul Beyah
