::First room I was in had a shared door and the neighbouring voices sounded like they were in my room. The ceilings are very thin and the stomping is also quite distracting. There were dirty underwear by the bed... Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The amazing staff were super nice and added a lot of value by moving me to a quieter room. The lack of reusable (metal) cutlery was quite strange... metallic-looking plastic forks, spoons, knives.

::I've stayed here on a number of occasions and enjoyed my stay every time. The rooms are spacious and luxurious without the premium price tag. Hands down, you'll find the best complimentary breakfast here compared to other hotel chains. Not that breakfast is superb, but it's far better than pale sausage patties, nuked, yellow egg substance, and dry pastries.

::Great location, right in the middle of south bay/ silicon valley, an hour (or two depend on traffic) drive to SF & Santa Cruz. The price is great, and although the hotel looks older & not very modern, the rooms are very spacious and comfy. There is a pretty big swimming pool, and the breakfast is ok. It really comes done to the value, for the price this is a great place to stay.

::I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. First and foremost, the heater in my room was not functioning, despite the front desk's attempts to fix it. Even worse, they refused to provide an alternative room, leaving me to endure freezing temperatures throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the floors was utterly appalling, with stains and dirt scattered all over. Additionally, the shower faucet was faulty, making it a constant struggle to adjust the water temperature. To top it off, the bed emitted loud squeaking sounds, which made it impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel falls far short of the advertised 4-star hotel and feels more like a motel. Don't be deceived by the professional pictures; they do not accurately reflect the reality of this establishment.

::Great location for visiting our family. The room was a bit tired but with elegant furniture. It only had one wooden, uncomfortable office chair. Very nice varied breakfast but all three mornings we were there the hot food wasn't. The chairs in the dining room don't fit the tables well. At 5'5" the table was nearly up under my chin. Great for six footers though.
