  Muy mala experiencia xq tienes q amenasarlos con echarles ala siudad para que te vallan areglar lo que está mal en el apartamento y aparte de eso cada año te suben la renta la seguridad que según ay nunca yegan ni con testan las llamadas muchos vesino desagradables la verdad q no emos encontrado adonde mudarnos xq sino los dejábamos con sus 2 estreñirá de recomendación muy mal ser isi o el manager nunca teda la cara para resolverte los problemas 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  We lived there for 2 years and it actually improved while we were there, but it still only gets 2 stars. If you need a cheap place to live while you save up, this can be that place. There is more wrong with this place than I care to itemize but most can be tolerated. You have to pay for a laundry card and fill it in the office, which means that if they're closed then you can't reload till the next day. We kept to ourselves and had multiple neighbors while we lived here. Big turn over in residents and many of the good ones break their lease because of poor conditions. Management didn't like us because we complained about legitimate problems and kept hounding them.

  Why 2 stars: -roaches, I keep my apartment clean & upon learning that I am not the only one with this problem but now there’s bed bugs?? I would appreciate if they could send out a letter saying that the owner of this property was going to do a MAJOR extermination of all the infestations in his property, Instead of trying to fix the roads which they said they were going to do in December but cancelled last minute. - when I signed my lease I CLEARLY remember seeing the pet requirements for pets under 25lbs, yet I’ve seen so many IRRESPONSIBLE who have PITBULLS & these dog owners let their pit bulls out sometimes with no leash & why is the front office letting this happen ?? I constantly have to be on the look out when I am walking my dogs because of this, I do not feel safe. - you guys also included in the lease a “no drug”policy and I see the same bald crackhead every morning digging through the trash, where is your security that no one ever sees?? -the gunshots ? I hear them about 1-3 times a week, it doesn’t even surprise me anymore. -there is glass all over the damn floor, I don’t get it, if you have people who sweep everyday why can’t you tell them to look out for this? I see the same shards of glass that have been there for months, even though there’s sweepers everyday???

  This place is disgusting. They moved me into a Roach infested unit. When I complained on the 17th of December no one did anything about it until the rent was due on the 5th of January. Even after being aware that I have 3 small children including a 6 month old baby. And management sucks. Once they get your money they can care less about you. They also put all the black people in the back as if we're animals the neighbors are rude, they walk around with guns and I have been tokd that I stay at the weed man's old unit that would probably explain all the roaches in this unit I would NEVER IN LIFE recommend anyone with a family including small children to consider these apartments as home.

  First and foremost. Hire bilingual ground keepers. I shouldn't have to have my Hispanic friend with me to have to get my point across when they are working here. Second, in the middle of the summer you have them paint and the thinner was in everyone's home and had the audacity to tell us to open our windows and pass out from 118° temperature, when what you should've done was told your workers to leave the windows open to whatever apartment they flooded with thinner. 3rd, if you Google the crossings , everything they display is the Jones side because you know damn well the Lake Mead side looks nothing like that. The lake mead pool is never open. I watch maintenance break in mailboxes and steal people's belongings. I have the video in case you try to deny it, Which I tried to upload on your Facebook page but I knew yall wouldn't approve the post. Never had a bed bug problem, I'm from New Orleans so I'm use to people hanging and gunshots. Not saying it isn't a serious issue, but I can live with it, if I had to. If I'm seeing this as a barber who is over there daily dealing with clients, the people who live there can tell you much more. Many only deal with it because most are from Cali and just escaping that 900.00/month for 1br 1 bathroom rent.
