One of my favorite spots, I still make the trip as often as I can even though I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore. Coffee is great, chai is perfect, and staff is so friendly and sweet. They even give my pup a cookie every time we visit, so obviously she gets very excited when we go. :) Delicious pastries too!

I used to love this place the staff were so nice! There was one barista who no longer works there, who made the best cappuccinos and was so friendly. I went into today at 11:30 am and the person who took my order was super rude, dismissive. From the caffeine headache I had later that day I assume, they made my cappuccino decaf. Super bummed with how this place has changed when it used to be such a pleasure to go and get a coffee in the Alley.

I gave CRO 5 stars a while ago, but am now changing it to one star. Why? First, they randomly stopped carrying my favorite pastry for no reason. Multiple baristas have told me they've talked to the owner about it, but they continue not to carry it. Second (and even worse), I went there last Saturday morning, and a clearly sick barista was working. He had a mask on, but he was coughing heavily and handing people drinks and pastries (including mine) without any gloves on. That's disgusting. He shouldn't have even been there.

Have not been in the Temescal Alley for years. My friend wanted some coffee and I already had my shot of espresso. I usually would just try a cup of coffee. Wanted something different. Tried the Chai latte: creamy, frothy, tingling spice. Delicious! Like what they did with small amount of space. Great customer service and staff was wearing masks.

Excellent and refined place for high grade rocket fuel coffee in regular, and extra fancy selections. The Indian female barista there is one of the best baristas I've ever seen, and made me her own signature drink called the Sixth dimension. Check it out!
