0 starts would be generous for this complex. Don’t even waste your time unless you like living with roaches, shower water that is brown more often than not, holes in the wall that leak gas, and office managers who avoid all phone calls. I moved out and am trying to get a lease verification to move somewhere else. I’ve called 22 times, visited the office 3 times, and emailed 11 times. It’s a miracle they are still in business.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Where do I even begin... my husband and I moved in 14 months ago. Every month maintenance is supposed to change your AC filters, they never do. The cockroach infestation here is so so bad, I have called the office multiple times to have an exterminator come in and take care of it and they never sent anyone. I went to the office to request an exterminator because since they have changed management there call line is completely automated, and they still sent no one. I have had cockroaches jump at me when I open my kitchen cabinets. It's absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. The washers and dryers are always full and due to the lack of washers and dryers that they expect all of these apartments to share. When our lease was over they tried to squeeze all the money they could out of us just to stay one month pass our lease date. Our Parking space is way to small, it's up against the maintenance shack and is near impossible to pull in, thank god we don't own a truck, and although we pay for our parking space, I have found maintenance parked in our spot multiple times. The plumbing is outdated and I constantly was getting food backed up into my bathroom sink from the apartment below me, I'd see food particles in my sink of food I know I wasn't eating. It is vial and disgusting. Our living experience here has been awful and I would not recommend renting from these apartments. You will find something much more worth your money with a better management company running it.

My studio is way overpriced. It’s convenient to shopping gym and bus but it’s one of, if not the oldest studio here, and had some roach issues and cupboards disintegrating, burners don’t work in the evenings, dishwasher doesn’t really wash...but it’s convenient. I don’t think anyone should pay more than $500-550 for these studios.

My family and I originally moved in about a year ago, and signed our lease for a first floor unit. Upon renting a Uhaul and moving our heaviest/because/biggest furniture in... we noticed that there were roaches. At first, they were dead, but the more trips we made (after cleaning up previous ones) each time there were more. There were even several living in the dishwasher. Due to the office being closed on the weekend, we had to sleep elsewhere for two nights, and take the day off Monday to let the office know that this was unacceptable. At this point, I wanted out of this lease! Unfortunately, they wanted to deny that request and show us 5 other available options. We looked, I was never sold. Due to being exhausted, my husband agreed to the last unit they showed us and I was ... whatever! Next, we had to move all of our belongings from the first floor to the third floor - two buildings away... which by the way cost $10+ more per month...explain that one.? Once we were unpacked and settled (a few days had passed), I noticed that my garment bag with all of my formal gowns/dresses was no where to be found. I asked my husband if he brought it ... he didn’t even see it. Well, it was the first thing I had hung in the closet of the master bedroom of the first apartment because they had been in my car instead of packed away. Of course, I call the office... no answer (which was typical). I go in to the office, and no one knows what I am talking about, they were acting weird and kept looking at each other making faces. These people found my dresses in the first apartment and never brought them to the new unit we transferred our lease to... who knows why. Then, they denied having them... that is seriously, $1,300 in dresses — 5 from David’s Bridal. The apartment manager is shady and unclear. She avoids unfamiliar situations and is rude and argumentative over petty things. She is not helpful when you need it most, and I feel as though she is covering up what really happened to my dresses. I’ve been asking for a year. I’ve heard a few different stories, but nothing adds up to the truth. I just want my dresses or compensated. Some of these were very sentimental, and just like that — they are stolen! We have moved out, and good riddance. I do not recommend this property to anyone!
