  Battered fish is flavorless, the chips overcooked and small portion. Always out of the tinned mackerel in oil I try to order, time and time again, with never a call back although continually reassured they'd do so. The amount of fish (takeaway) is too expensive for what you get. Frustratingly, the shop doesn't carry anything you can't get elsewhere--such a shame, b/c it's a real opportunity to get good British food, like a decent sticky toffee pud, for example.

  Good fish ever. We are from Wisconsin and it's hard to find a great place for fish. This is the place we are going to from now on. Staff is great. Drinks are great as well.

  Just went in for the 1st time today and I have to say the food quality awesome awesome. My waitress Judy who has been working for this company several years was extremely professional and had a great disposition. I'll definitely come back.

  Good selection of English foods. I've tried the pies/pastys, shepherds pie, toad in a hole... If you like peas, you'll like this place. Great mashed potatoes. My dining companion enjoys the fish and chips. If you want some interesting comfort food, check this place out.

  My little corner of "home away from home"!! GREAT fish n chips. Cod is good .... But try the Haddock!! We Britt's always choose haddock if it's available! Be daring and try the "Mushy Peas" ... A Northern England gem😋. They also carry a wonderful stock of UK candies, cookies, foods, Easter eggs, Xmas Selection Boxes etc etc. GO THERE!
