  Agree with the other reviewers about staff rudeness but I can tolerate that if the doctors are competent. Dr. Robert Felix misdiagnosed my child's mononucleosis; and my child had to be put on massive steroids because of it. My child will have lifelong problems because of it. I regret not suing. So many other good options. Don't make the same mistake I did

  If I could do negative stars, I would definitely.. I highly suggest, you find a more competent group of Physicians for your Children. The Children’s Medical Group has been absolutely terrible, especially the Call Center Receptionists. I do like my children’s doctor Dr Dana Mitchell, and the actual receptionist at the office are kind, but the stupidity of the rest of the care team/call center has me looking for alternative pediatricians. Especially Dr, Hershowitz in the Rhinebeck Office, as her snobbery and arrogance leaves with with concern that she is even working with children. Dr Hershowitz isn’t not even my kids physician, but actually called CPS to my Home because my children smell like Smoke, which we heated our home with 3 woods stoves, we all smell like wood stoves? Of course there was Nothing CPS could do, but her jump to CPS after only seeing my kids for 10minutes created useless Fear, and embarrassment at my kids school and Fear for CPS even being at our Home. The call center is a group of the most incompetent receptionists ive ever endured, if you can get them to answer the phone, or get your children’s prescriptions correct, or called in on time, or to the right pharmacy, or will even get a message to your kids doctor to call you about your children’s Health emergencies? Again is a shame as it is pediatricians for Children. If you really want the Best for your children, find ANOTHER Doctors Office.
