  We are always seen promptly both for well and sick visits. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and kind. We have been with the Children’s medical group for 12 years. The are very accommodating with appointments and care for our four children.

  Let me first start off that I was a patient of Children's Medical Group when Dr. Blum, Dr. Schaeffer, and Dr. Aronsen were starting out 50 years ago and all through my teens. I chose Children's Medical Group for my 3 children and was happy for a number of years. I had two sons and one daughter. My oldest had Hirschsprungs Disease and Asthma, my youngest son had severe asthma what they call a high risk asthmatic. Most of his childhood up to 8th grade was spent in and out of doctors offices and hospitals. He is now 19 and thank god doesn't have the severe asthma he did ( they had said he probably won't grow out of it) So from 8th grade on he didn't have to be hospitalized and didn't have to make so many trips to doctor. So when he had to go over the years they would write a prescription etc, but would make him come back if he needed a refill , or come back every 6 months. So now I need a prescription he was there last May, they wrote for 1 damn refill. So if he needed his albuterol. The secretaries you speak to don't know every child, don't know what this kid went through. They are awful on the phone, they read from a script. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are too big, if had to do it over, I would find a small practice where it is more personable, not a $$$$$ . So

  The place gets closed for lunch from 12 to 1. If your going to schedule appoints at 1 maybe open the doors @ 12:45. With 3 + receptionists closing the place for an hour is a tad ridiculous. Learn how to operate a business. When it comes to the Dr I would rate 5 stars but the half hour wait for a scheduled appt is annoying, especially when the receptionist walks past the 7 people waiting out front returning from her walk.

  The receptionist at the front desk are awesome waiting area is always clean the nurse are always ready for you and the doctors are understanding. Everyone is very professional. What I love the most is they take time to understand you. I have five daughters ages from 18 to 2 and I recommend this clinic to friends and family.
