::It is a failed system, this facility was set up to take black kids. Especially vulnerable exploited girls, and does nothing for them, but to turn them into a cycle of human trafficking. The worst place ever, my child has been a victim of this system. These people don't care about your kids. They pretend as if they care, but they don't.
