  The kitchen messed up my pasta, it was supposed to be served without peanuts. Thankfully Sarah was quick to make it right. She brought out some mushrooms for me to eat while my family ate. Then gave me my meal and drink free! Rocky start but great recovery:)

  The food here is excellent! Don't worry about paying for parking in the garage, the Cheesecake factory will cover it if you bring the garage ticket stub! You don't even have to ask, just leave the parking stub on the table and the trained staff will cover it. The food and service is very good! You really can't go wrong here! Their Cheesecake is definitely worth it! The price is not wrong. Their menu is so large too you can go cheap or expensive according to your budget! This is a place to see and be seen.

  The food was great. The cheesecake to top it all off was so good. I was very happy with the meal. Even as busy as they were the food came out in a timely manner. We were never rushed. Our server was always there to refill drinks or get anything we needed. This was a great experience.

  I usually love the Cheesecake Factory. I regularly go to their chain restaurants and I never really have any complaints. The food is always excellent and the service is always mediocre. I went to this Cheesecake Factory a few days ago (April 3rd, 2016) and received absolutely horrible service. Probably the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. We were seated right away, and for the first ten minutes, we were not approached at all. Our waitress did not even come by, we didn't receive water, bread, or a request for drinks. Finally, our waitress came over and took our drink order and we asked for bread. 10 minutes after that, now seated for 20 minutes, she finally brought out waters, but no bread. She claimed it wasn't ready, although many other tables around us and seated after us were receiving bread. She then took our food orders. About 10 minutes later, she came over and asked what we ordered again, because she "was confused" and had no clue what she was doing. A couple minutes later, she came back and asked if we had seen a customer's credit card, the credit card of the table behind us, because apparently she lost it. She couldn't find their receipts either. She asked us to check under our table and was very unprofessional. About a half an hour in to the trip, we decided to ask another waitress for bread, who brought it out within 2 minutes. Our waitress never brought any, for the entire meal despite us asking her for more later. When the food came out, it was perfect, because our waitress had nothing to do with it. We received zero water refills, zero baskets of bread from her, and when I asked her to box my food, she threw it away. I was absolutely horrified by this. When I asked her to speak with a manager, she told me that there weren't any present. This was overall the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received at a restaurant. Even her look was unprofessional. She wore a high messy bun with a headband.

  Would do one star but the food was amazing but the service..awful. Our host was very nice but sat us at a dirty table. When he realized that, he washed it off immediately. As for our server crystal, she was nowhere to be found almost the entire meal..she seemed tired and in slow motion the whole night and seemed very irritated when I asked her what was in one of the dishes. After that we only saw her twice and that was only to drop off food. She didn't ask us how it was or if we wanted anything else. I've had an empty drink almost half the meal Now that we're ready to leave, Me my date have been sitting here about 20 minutes so far waiting for her so we can get some box's and a check. I don't even want a drink refill at this point... Very sad because the food was so good. We will probably not be back here again. Peach drink was great though.
