::Had disappointing lunch yesterday at this Cambridgeside location. Ordered the lunch special spicy Shanghai noodles but it looked nothing like the photo or description. No snow peas, no mushrooms, little onion, 7 pieces of chicken, lots of sauce on spaghetti! Not worth the price. Also had to have the waitress adjust the bill because charged me for the dinner price! Friend ordered the wellness salad with added shrimp. Also missing advertised ingredients and only a few shrimp...so not worth it. So sad. :(

::What can I say, Thee worst food & service ever! Especially for being a mild high scale restaurant the food and services are GHETTO I will never eat at this particular location again Uuugh should've had Pizza...I was doing some last-minute shopping on New year's day and I usually shop at this mall never have I ate at this Cheesecake Factory, The place was packed when I got home with my 2 orders they were totally wrong! It was the end of the night and I live across town from Cambridge mall so what to do??? So I called Cheesecake Factory immediately and spoke with the manager I politely explained my situation and he kindly told me he would send me a full refund for both my meals I was so happy and very appreciative to him about the outcome. 2 weeks later I received a gift card for $25 bucks Aaah Whaaattt??? That wasn't even the price I paid for 1 meal so I called again and even given the number of my receipt so the manager can look up the purchase and he saw my order and says he will send another gift card out again I was appreciative to the manager... AGAIN! GUESS WHAT??? ANOTHER! $25 BUCKS! Now although that wasn't a full refund back I was happy combining the other one I had. A month later I am visiting family at another state we go out for lunch my cousin decides she would LOVE! some Cheesecake Factory, I thought it was perfect since I got gift cards just to find out from the waitress THERE WERE NO! MONEY EVER ON THE GIFT CARD LUCKILY I HAD MONEY TO FRONT THE BILL ANYWAYS THIS WAS SO EMBARRASSING.

::I usually don't go here for brunch only dinner but, I'm happy I did. The Brulee french toast was amazing!!! The syrup is a carmel bourbon sauce that complements french toast and pancakes very well. My sister and niece tried the chicken and waffles. The chicken was perfectly breaded with corn flakes which gave it that nice crunch but still juicy. The waffle is good on its own with or without syrup. Our waiter Marquis was attentive and gave great service. You can't beat good service and better food.We will definitely be back. Thanks Cheesecake Factory!!!!!

::Nicely run Cheesecake Factory. The entrance is right beside the mall entrance and easy to get into. The decor is normal for Cheesecake Factory and the waiter was very friendly. I love that this place has a huge menu for lots of selection. Just remember that the portions are huge! So splitting a dish may be a good idea. Otherwise be ready to get a takeout box.
