  Got there at 8pm. Had reservations for 8:30pm. They said the table would be ready at 8:30Pm. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. I inquired about the status of our table 8:40pm they said it would be ready in 10 mins. At 8:50 they said the table would be ready in 10 - 15 mins. This was completely unacceptable. Whats the point of a reservation???!!! We left at 9pm And went down the block to eat dinner at La Diagonal. (See review)

  Absolutely awesome food! I've had almost everything on the menu. Great decor and ambiance. I can't say enough about it. A little less expensive than the average steakhouse.

  I want to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Spencer. He was so sweet, patient, and accommodating. Spencer was very helpful with the menu and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had, and able to to make recommendations. If you’re ever in the area stop by good food, amazing service!

  Easter Sunday visit to the "new Cecil" since its reopening. We had a reservation and was seated 25 minutes afterwards which was understandable, considering how busy it was on a holiday brunch time slot. They were very apologetic about the wait and gave us a really good table by French band they had playing with plenty more space than we needed. The food was good. The drink I ordered was super strong. I think it was called "strange fruit" or had strange fruit in it. Don't expect the old Cecil Menu, however the food pairings and presentation were on point. The atmosphere was light and chill. Our waiter was funny and I got a sense that the wait team worked well together and were in sink about making the entire establishment run well by their collaborative efforts. The sound system after the band left seamed to be off or just in need of a timely upgrade or maybe it was just the speaker I sat under. All in all a good visit.

  Booked reservation for my sister’s birthday a whole month in advance a party of 24. 1.We didn’t sit together although we were in the same area.Still not the same. 2.We ordered a round of shots at the bar in the lounge & Bartender was extremely rudddeeeee and didn’t want to split the bill multiple ways. 3. It took 35 minutes for us to receive our alcoholic beverage and 45 minutes just for water. 4. Half the party ate 45 minutes before the other half of the party even received their food. 5. We ordered a Captain Morgan and coke instead we got a jack Daniel and coke. We also ordered sangria and had to wait until our dinner was served because they ran out of the appropriate glasses. 6. Although the waiter was nice, he forgot my sangria 3 times. The food was great but a little cold. Maybe they were just having a bad night??
