  Didn’t even have to go in to know what i needed to regarding the customer service I would receive here if I went to purchase a car. Whether the customer is right or wrong, your last resort should be to argue with them. I sell cars and have access to twice as much info as these salespeople do, so i know I’m not wrong. You can’t tell me a car books for 16k when you’re selling it for 9k, with a SALVAGE title... where does that make sense? ***In response to the owner, your Boxster is not the S Cabriolet, it’s the Base Cabriolet, therefore nowhere near booking for $16k, salvage or clean title. I understood the lending part and didn’t have an issue with that explanation, I actually needed that kind of info during my shopping process. I appreciate the response but you’ve got to admit your wrongs at some point. Please keep in mind I have access to just as many book values as you all and the value is when he began to argue, must be paid on front end gross profit. Work on the customer service for the sake of your business.

  Would highly recommend this place if your looking for a car I just purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang gt from them a few days ago and everyone was very polite and not afraid to answer any questions. Both Tom and Ernesto were there to help me out with anything I needed. Ernesto always had my back if there was any issues. They honestly I swear by name they want to get you in a car that you want for a good price with great customer service all throughout the process. Thanks again Ernesto for all your help!!!!

  Ernie was amazing!!.. He went above & beyond. Helped me find the best interest rate & got the deal done quick. I would definitely recommend going to see him if you are looking for a good car & a good deal! 👍🏽👍🏽

  Bought a lot of cars before however, NEVER sight unseen from out of State! Jack was a straight shooter! He delivered on EVERYTHING he promised. I'm Jewish so I look for a good deal & I found it! This Slingshot he sold me was nice, really NICE! He delivered it to me in Indio from Arizona (about a 4 hour drive)! He was careful loading & unloading the Slingshot & as a 3 wheeler it was a little more tricky than a standard motorcycle! I HIGHLY recommend Jack (one of the owners) & would say great deal & I'm a satisfied customer!

  I bought a truck from car connection a couple months ago, I like to wait to leave reviews to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Curt was extremely helpful, he got me in the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. There was an issue that came up with truck right after I purchased it, I called Curt and he got it set up to get it fixed pretty quickly. They didn't charge me to fix the issue, no fuss at all from them, they seemed happy to help and the truck has been running great. I would recommend them to anyone!
