  I will never book a stay at this hotel again. I booked online and the date somehow changed to the date I was booking instead of the date I wanted to stay. They did not care and bluntly stated that I lost my $237.25 because I booked online Instead of calling. No concern for our loss or the inconvience. I've stayed at low-cost motels that treated their customers better. I understand it was a computer glitch and not their fault, but they could refund a portion or give a room voucher for another day. Plus, it is completely normal to book online, so I should not be penalized for doing so. I can pass up the room, but for some people, $237.25 is a big deal. They acted like, "Too bad, so sad, move on!" Terrible customer service in my opinion.

  I wasn't sure about the Campbell hotel when I pulled up to the front, but my opinion quickly changed. The staff was very friendly and the front office had a certain charm. My room was a good size and clean. Bed was a little too soft for my taste, but whatever. It was a really nice change from the big hotel chains. Location was nice, close to downtown and the airport.

  Very beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and just like they were pictured on the website. The spa located inside is excellent and Brett is wonderful. I would definitely stay again. It was a great experience except our grouchy neighbor who kept coming outside her room every time we walked out the door and complaining.

  Although the outside looks older and worn the inside was absolutely gorgeous. I went with my husband and we got the bridal suite. The couple's massages we got we're fantastic and the jacuzzi tub was large and relaxing. The king size bed was a wonderful addition and I loved the canopy.

  We have family in the Tulsa area and have stayed at the Campbell Hotel a few times when visiting around the holidays. This particular time we stayed in the Route 66 room or Suite. The hotel is great the staff is over the moon when it comes to how nice and helpful they are. The rooms are wonderfully unique. There is nothing cookie cutter or Bland or washed out about this location. The beds are always comfortable. The bathroom is always impeccably clean. And the location is close enough to any Highway that we need to jump onto to reach the family.
