  I tried to order flowers for next day delivery. The woman who answered the phone seemed very annoyed and put out with the order. When I mentioned I thought they delivered frequently to a particular office building downtown she said she had no idea, she didn't work there often and the manager was gone. I decided to skip the order and found Bouquets downtown which turned out great. I'm down with the Brown Palace Flower shop. This was my second bad experience with this business.

  My fiancé is a new customer to Brown Palace, but we both love the service so far! He stopped by on his way home yesterday to pick up flowers for my birthday, and was really pleased with the arrangement they put together for him. Unfortunately I forgot to snag a photo of the bouquet that was presented, but grabbed a few photos of the blooming lillies today - they smell AMAZING! We will absolutely be returning!

  Wonderful flower shop! I am newer customer to Brown Palace Flowers but I have used them several times and I am always greatly pleased with their work. Not only is the staff very helpful and kind the floral arrangements are beautiful! My clientele varies from traditional to modern and chic and Brown Palace flowers is wonderful at creating exactly the "look" I am going for. I highly recommend them!

  I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Brown Palace Floral shop. After having made sure that I ordered flowers for my mother, for Valentine's Day and submitted my credit card information to pay for them - OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE, I received a call from someone telling me that they were not going to process my order unless I paid additional money for it being a holiday. After calling the floral shop twice, I was finally told the manager would call me back to settle the matter. This never happened. And come valentine's day - my mother had not received the flowers that I ordered for her. So long story short, I WOULD NOT USE THIS FLORAL SHOP BECAUSE THE BOTTOM LINE IS THEY WILL ONLY HONOR YOUR PURCHASE IF IT SUITS THEM! What a crying shame! I generally use 1-800 Flowers and thought I would give the little guys a try. You guys have ruined the credibility of small flower shops, and small businesses in general!!!
