  Best pizzas in bay ridge. Nice terrace. Good selection of beers, hard ciders n wines. And black n white movies playing all night at the bar - nice dining + movie night

  How many stars do you give when the food is really tasty and well prepared, but the service is just unrelentingly terrible? How does a restaurant seem to have so many staff members but none who are attentive to the customers? If you do decide to brave a visit, have no plans for after, and get as Zen as you can before you go, because really, you'll enjoy the food (get those smashed potatoes!) but you will be so very very frustrated by the experience as a whole. Hopefully it's a nice night and you're sitting outside, which is not a terrible way to spend an evening.

  I really want to give this place a better review. Outdoor seating was nice and plentiful, the pizza was really good. BUT! The service was the worst I've had in the city. Even the two tables next to us joked that maybe our waiter left for the night. There were plenty of staff walking around (6-8 people) but couldn't get any one to stop and get us more water and waited around 20 minutes before someone would get our bill and card so we could pay and leave (wasn't our waiter either). Maybe service is better inside? Three times a waiter tried to bring us drinks we didn't order, they'd walk away and we'd hear another table comment about how that might have been their drinks. So much potential here though.

  Here's why I picked this place: vegan options, they display local art on the walls and there's a vintage vibe. Here's why I loved this place: EVERYTHING. Seriously, from the cocktails to the giant meatball appetizer to the pizza, it's just all around amazing. The servers are so friendly and the decor is absolutely gorgeous. This place is fully wheelchair-accessible, with a restroom on the main level AND comfortable seating to accommodate everyone. They have a back area that's elevated where bands appear to play and sidewalk seating to boot.

  Awesome place ! Delicious food, great service, unbeatable prices, excellent experience ! My wife and I were looking for a nice cozy place to relax and listen to some jazz. This place exceeded our expectations. Professional and attentive hostess took great care of us as we arrived a little early for our reservation . BTW highly recommend reservation and getting there early, as the place gets very busy and getting a table close to the band might be difficult. Hostess was able to seat us right next to the stage - front row seats to witness a perfect performance by Baby Soda Band. The food was beyond delicious. Our waiter, Bryan was spot on, very attentive as well. Got our food fairly quickly. Nice touch having windows from dining area into the kitchen, so we could see the food being made. My wife had a couple of Espresso Martinis that were made perfectly. Restaurant has a great atmosphere and between interior decor and the music we were able to leave today's hectic and stressed out world and find ourselves in 1930's. Would give them 10 stars . Looking forward to visiting The Brooklyn Firefly again.
