  I used to think that part of doing Crossfit meant being "fit." But at Crossfit L3 they will help you achieve whatever level of fitness you want. I've done things I never dreamt would be possible by doing this program!! For that I'm so thankful...they are awesome!!

  CrossFit L3 is an amazing gym. There is a very positive atmosphere and it really feels like a big community of family. Coach Talon always pushes you to do more than you think you are capable of (which he's usually right about) and is a huge advocate about lifting safely (which is one of the big reasons I even tried this gym compared to others).

  Most amazing gym out there. In the few months I've been in there I'm looking better, feeling better, getting stronger, eating healthier, everything I wanted and needed to approve on. The coaching staff is incredible and very welcoming. Seriously the best part of my day is reccomend anyone and everyone to this gym, it's life changing :D

  This is truly a gym for all ages and abilities. The coaches are awesome and the members are some of the nicest people around. When you find a place that makes you want to skip happy hour and work out instead, you know you've found a great gym!

  I don't have enough good things to say about this gym. Tried other gyms and none of them compared to this one. Everyone is warm and welcoming and it feels like you're a family. Everyone cheers each other on in reaching their goals. Coach Talon is the best coach I've ever had. He knows how to push and motivate me and is positive and encouraging. His teaching technique is amazing. Foxy coach Shawna is always happy to give me tips and help, even if I don't attend her class. After having 2 kids, I thought I'd never be in as good of shape as I was in before. I can honestly say I'm in even better shape now! Go to this gym! Do it.
